  • Communications: the content of messages you send us (email, support tickets, feedback).

2.2 Information Collected by Third Parties on Our Behalf

  • Payment metadata (via Stripe): when you make a purchase, payment is processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not collect or store your full credit card number, CVC, or bank account details. Stripe shares with us limited transaction metadata (e.g., last 4 digits of card, country, billing email, transaction ID, amount, status). Stripe’s handling of your payment data is governed by Stripe’s Privacy Policy.
  • Analytics data: our analytics providers may collect IP address, device type, browser, operating system, referring page, pages viewed, and approximate location (city/country level).

2.3 Information Collected Automatically

  • Usage data: pages viewed, clicks, session duration, download events, and similar interaction data.
  • Device and log data: IP address, browser type, time zone, language preferences, and log files generated by our servers.
  • Cookies and similar technologies: see Section 7 below.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 16. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

Transactional emails (receipts, access links, account notices) will continue regardless of marketing preferences.
